Lake Principal Focus: Specifications/Showrooms In 2001, Craig O. Lake started at Lighting Endeavors in Las Vegas working as an inside salesman at the distribution level. Toward the end of 2002 Craig O. went to work for Craig E. Lake at the Lightolier sales office in Las Vegas . There, Craig O. worked outside sales in both showroom and specification sales. It was in August of 2003 that Craig O. decided to go out on his own and start his own independent sales agency, Rise & Shine Lighting. Since its inception Rise & Shine has continued to grow in sales each year. Craig O. is an IESNA member.	Craig E. Lake Principal Focus: Distributor/Contractor Sales Craig E. Lake started his career at Graybar Electric in 1972 in Las Vegas , where he developed his foundation in sales. In 1980 he opened Nevada Sales Agency, which he built into the number one sales agency in Las Vegas within five years. After selling Nevada Sales in 1994, Craig E. pursued other business interests. In 2001, Craig E. found himself back in the lighting industry, taking a position as District Sales Manager with Lightolier – Las Vegas . In 2005, he helped lead that team to Genlyte Sales team of the year. In 2006, he joined the team at Rise & Shine Lighting to become partners with Craig O. Craig E. is an IESNA member.
	Mike Conway Specification Sales/Design & Build Mike Conway spent seventeen years (1981-1998) as a lighting designer in the Las Vegas market designing exterior high rise illumination, landscape lighting, high end residential, restaurant and hotel/casino interiors. Mike became involved in specification sales in 1998 with Silver State Lighting. In 2006 Mike joined Rise & Shine Lighting. Several specifiers and design build contractors rely on Mike for his expertise and assistance with lighting design. Mike’s capabilities extend to doing lighting design, calculations, and lighting print outs for our clients. Mike is an IESNA member, and the treasurer for the Las Vegas chapter.	Michael Mlazgar Specification Sales In addition to growing up in the lighting industry, Michael Mlazgar has almost thirty years of lighting experience on every side of the business. Michael has spent time as a rep, manufacturer, distributor, and lighting consultant/designer. Michael has spent most of the last fifteen years selling lighting in the Las Vegas market. He has extensive training in every facet of lighting and is a great addition to our team. Michael joined Rise & Shine Lighting in 2007.
	Ryan Wiges Specification Sales/Decorative Specialist Ryan Wiges started in the electrical industry as an electrical assistant in 1994. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and designed pools and landscaping for several years. For the last seven years Ryan worked as a general manager and partner at Odyssey Lighting & Design before leaving in October of 2007. In addition to his work in lighting, Ryan is a featured artist at several art galleries. Ryan brought his talents and wealth of lighting knowledge to Rise & Shine Lighting in early 2008. Ryan is a member of the AIA.	Shay Schwandt Specification Sales/Decorative Specialist Shay Schwandt has over nineteen years of sales experience in the Las Vegas market. She started at Designer Fans Etc. She then started a wholesales division and began selling lighting as well as fans. In 2005, Shay opened Designer Fans & Lighting, which was a successful showroom and wholesale company. She not only sold lighting in Las Vegas , but all over the world. Shay brought her relationships, experience, and love for lighting to Rise & Shine in early 2008. Shay is a member of the AIA.
	Tim Bombard Contractor Sales Tim Bombard left high school in 1981 to attend an Electrical Apprenticeship program in Houston Texas . Upon completion of that program he went on to work for his family’s business in 1986. At Bombard Electric Tim was a Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, and eventually moved on to the head of the service department. He left Bombard Electric in 1999, and went on to become an account manager for Independent Electric in 2000. At Independent Electric he spent four years working on trade show electrical projects for shows like SEMA, Cowboy Christmas, World of Concrete, and many more. Tim is also the owner of Artistic Laser Concepts, a laser imaging company in Las Vegas that he started in 2005. Tim joined Rise & Shine in 2007. At Rise & Shine Lighting Tim’s goal is to help service and develop new and existing customers.	Javid Butler Controls Specialist Javid Butler worked ten years for Mainstage Theatrical Supply starting in Wisconsin in 1995, and eventually moving to Pensacola, Florida. At Mainstage Javid worked in project management, outside sales, and eventually management. Javid then started his own company, Integrated Theatre before moving on to work for AMA Lighting in Control and Theatrical sales in 2007. Javid is a member of ESTA Control Protocols and Electrical Power working groups. He is also the chair of the DMX512 Cabling Task Group. Javid is also a member of the RDM task group and was recognized in 2006 as one of their Volunteers of the Year. Javid has been published six times in the ESTA Protocol trade magazine. Javid has also been a speaker/panelist at LDI 2003, 2005, 2006, & 2007. Javid brings his controls knowledge and experience to Rise & Shine Controls in 2008.
	Connie Hollobaugh Sales/Quotations/Project Management Connie Hollobaugh has over twenty years of experience in lighting and electrical sales in the Las Vegas market. She worked for Nevada Sales, Service Electric, and Silver State Lighting before heading up quotations for Lightolier – Las Vegas from 2001-2006. Connie joined Rise & Shine in 2006. At Rise & Shine Lighting, Connie is our quotations specialist, and handles most of the quotes that come out of our office.	George Torrance Contractor Sales George Torrance has over twenty years of sales experience, ten of which have been spent as a lighting representative in Las Vegas . George has a reputation for taking care of his customers, and fighting for orders. George joined Rise & Shine in 2006. At Rise & Shine Lighting, George calls on contractors, and works hand in hand with distribution.
	Brandy Philippe Inside Sales/Projects Brandy Philippe started at Rise & Shine Lighting in 2006. Brandy has six years experience as a systems analyst. Brandy has an Associates degree in CAD from ITT, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from IADT. She has had extensive training in AutoCAD, interior design, architecture, and lighting systems.	Brandon Lake Quotations/Showroom Sales Brandon Lake graduated from Faith Lutheran High School in 2006, and he is currently attending CCSN. Brandon started at Rise & Shine Lighting in 2006 as the warehouse manager, was promoted to inside sales, and now helps with quotations and showroom sales.
	Dan McNair Project Management/RGAs Dan McNair graduated from Illinois State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Dan has six years sales and management experience in the retail sector followed by an additional six years of customer service and management in the gaming industry at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino. Dan joined Rise & Shine in 2007. With Rise & Shine Lighting, Dan helps with project management, RGAs, and office administrative duties.	Candace Cohen Quotations/Projects Candace Cohen has five years experience in early childhood education both as a teacher and curriculum coordinator. Most recently, Candace worked for National Title Company as a receptionist and as an escrow administrative assistant. Candace joined Rise & Shine in 2007 as a receptionist, and has moved on to help with quotations and projects in 2008.
	Scott R. Wood Order Entry/Inside Sales Scott Wood has three years experience in traffic control sales. Scott started his career in lighting at the distribution level with Lighting Endeavors in Las Vegas at the beginning of 2004. He has experience as a driver, warehouse manager, and previous experience in counter and inside sales. Joining Rise & Shine in 2006, Scott has experience in customer service, order entry, and quotations.	Jennifer Squatritto Project Management Jennifer Squatritto spent three years with Bank of America and three years with National Title Company before coming to Rise & Shine Lighting. Her customer service background and positive attitude made her a great addition to our inside sales team in 2007. Jennifer started in order follow up and has moved on to project management in 2008.
	Chelsea Talamantes Receptionist/Accounting Chelsea Talamantes attended high school at Mountain View Christian School and is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Accounting at College of Southern Nevada . Chelsea worked with Bookkeeping Solutions from 2007-2008. Joining Rise & Shine Lighting in 2008, Chelsea is the cheerful voice that answers our phones. She is also training in other facets of our company.	Rayanne Walters Order Follow-Up/Customer Service Rayanne Walters has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Rayanne has previous experience in management and sales. Rayanne has joined Rise & Shine in 2008 to help with order follow-up and customer service.
	Mindy Lake Accounts Payable Mindy Lake began her lighting career in 1986 at Nevada Sales Agency where she worked in customer service for five years. She re-entered the lighting industry in 2006 to handle accounting duties for Rise & Shine Lighting.	Robert Wheeler Accounts Receivable Robert completed his Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting at UNLV in 2007, and is currently working on his Master’s degree in Accounting. He previously worked as an accounting clerk at Fasteners Inc. for almost two years. Robert joined Rise & Shine in 2007. At Rise & Shine Lighting Robert handles our accounts receivable.
	Matt Cullen Warehouse Manager Matt Cullen graduated from Faith Lutheran H.S. in 2007. He is currently attending College of Southern Nevada . Starting with Rise & Shine Lighting in 2008, Matt helps to manage our warehouse.
