	Craig O. Lake Jr. Principal In 2001, Craig O. Lake started at Lighting Endeavors in Las Vegas working as an inside salesman at the distribution level. Toward the end of 2002 Craig O. went to work for Craig E. Lake at the Lightolier sales office in Las Vegas. There, Craig O. worked outside sales in both showroom and specification sales. It was in August of 2003 that Craig O. decided to go out on his own and start his own independent sales agency, Rise & Shine Lighting. Since its inception Rise & Shine has continued to grow in sales each year. Craig O. is an IESNA member.		Craig E. Lake Sr. Principal Craig E. Lake started his career at Graybar Electric in 1972 in Las Vegas, where he developed his foundation in sales. In 1980 he opened Nevada Sales Agency, which he built into the number one sales agency in Las Vegas within five years. After selling Nevada Sales in 1994, Craig E. pursued other business interests. In 2001, Craig E. found himself back in the lighting industry, taking a position as District Sales Manager with Lightolier – Las Vegas. In 2005, he helped lead that team to Genlyte Sales team of the year. In 2006, he joined the team at Rise & Shine Lighting to become partners with Craig O.
	Shay Schwandt Specification Sales/Contractor Sales/Decorative Specialist Shay Schwandt has over nineteen years of sales experience in the Las Vegas market. She started at Designer Fans Etc. She then started a wholesales division and began selling lighting as well as fans. In 2005, Shay opened Designer Fans & Lighting, which was a successful showroom and wholesale company. She not only sold lighting in Las Vegas, but all over the world. Shay brought her relationships, experience, and love for lighting to Rise & Shine in early 2008.		Miles A. Duecker Sales / Controls Miles Duecker started his career in lighting at Rise & Shine in 2005. He gained experience in order entry, follow up, and quotations. He was employee of the year in 2005. He left Rise & Shine Lighting in 2006 to finish obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Business at SMS in Springfield, MO. After graduating in late 2007, he took a position with CED in Kansas City, MO. In late 2008 he went back to his lighting roots and rejoined Rise & Shine Lighting in project management. Miles is a board member of the Las Vegas chapter of IES. Miles is also a member of the AIA.
	Mari Nakashima Sales / Community Relations Mari Nakashima graduated with a degree in marketing from UNLV. She worked for Senator Heller as his scheduler when he was in the US House of Representatives. Mari was Communications Director for Congressman Joe Heck's campaign in 2010 and also served as communication director for the Nevada Republican Party prior to joining Rise & Shine.		Brandon Lake Quotations Manager Brandon Lake graduated from Faith Lutheran High School in 2006, and he is currently attending CCSN. Brandon started at Rise & Shine Lighting in 2006 as the warehouse manager. He was promoted to inside sales in 2007, where he has handled project management, showroom sales, and quotations.
	Scott R. Wood Customer Service Manager Scott Wood has three years experience in traffic control sales. Scott started his career in lighting at the distribution level with Lighting Endeavors in Las Vegas at the beginning of 2004. He has experience as a driver, warehouse manager, and previous experience in counter and inside sales. Joining Rise & Shine in 2006, Scott has experience in customer service, order entry, and quotations.		Rayanne Walters Order Follow-Up/RGAs/Accounts Payable/Receivable Rayanne Walters has an Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Rayanne has previous experience in management and sales. Rayanne joined Rise & Shine in 2008 to help with order follow-up and customer service.
	Heather Lake Inside Sales/ Commissions Heather Lake graduated high school in 2009 and currently attends CSN where she is working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education. Heather started at Rise & Shine in 2007 answering phones. Currently Heather handles commission follow up, accounts payable and receivable, as well as assisting with other various projects for our sales staff.		Crystal Marshall Executive Assistant / Customer Service Crystal Marshal is currently attending UNLV. Crystal joined Rise & Shine Lighting in 2011 working as Craig Lake Jr's executive assistant, as well as helping with general customer service back up.
	Mindy Lake Accounts Payable Mindy Lake began her lighting career in 1986 at Nevada Sales Agency where she worked in customer service for five years. She re-entered the lighting industry in 2006 to handle accounting duties for Rise & Shine Lighting.		Jake Maruyama Warehouse Manager Jake Maruyama graduated from Trinity Christian High School in 2007. Jake is currently enlisted with the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve and started work with Rise & Shine Lighting in 2010 overseeing general warehouse operations.
	Adrienne Lee Receptionist / Customer Service Adreinne Lee is currently attending UNLV. Adrienne joined Rise & Shine Lighting in 2011 to help with reception and customer service.
